The Locanda Buglioni is an absolutely amazing location, totally scenic in the midst of vineyards. We celebrated our wedding there and the staff was super friendly, very welcoming and made sure all of our guests had a great time. Both the food and the wine were exceptional! Overall, we had the best day we could have thought of and this is largely to this amazing location! Thanks so much to everyone who made our wedding truly special and particularly the entire staff, who supported us all the way.

Ok... Were Start.... AMAZING! AMAZING! Great food, absolutely delicious! From the starter to the side to of course the steak we had chateaubriand steak, best steak of my life. As stated mix of salami and cheese, all of them taste great. Red wine of course 3 glasses went down easily. Staff professional, knowledge about all menu, meat and wine. All speak very good English. Andrei who helped us and prepared the steak was professional and friendly. The atmosphere is great, lots of green lots of space for kids. You need to try this.

This is one of those reviews that are very hard to write as we had dinners twice and had 2 fairly different experiences. The first dinner was one of the highlights of our honeymoon. We booked the tasting menu. It was a particularly interesting one as the tasting was about the wines they produce and the food is a complement, while usually the approach is the opposite and wine is paired with food. The vertical of wines was spectacular. In particular I couldn't stop drinking their dessert wine Recioto and their Grappa too turned out to be an amazing revelation. The food paired with that was all superb and very, very typical, with some twists. All wines were presented with beautiful stories about them. Super happy with this experience we decided to have dinner again the following day and opt for the à la carte menu. The second dinner was one of the most unsatisfying food experiences we had in those 2 weeks of travel. I found the risotto to be extremely disappointing. It was not tasty at all, the rice was not well cooked and it was too liquid for me to call it risotto. In addition to that, I had a small but unpleasant interaction with a waiter (I imagine the head waiter of the night) who commented quite dismissively and, for me, with patronizingly "lascia stare (don't bother)" when I asked for Parmesan on the risotto and quite proudly poured wine on the risotto instead. He didn't stop 2 seconds to consider that I just love Parmesan everywhere and in particular in risotto and that the dish was not tasty at all. I understand why they choose to do that but just the fact that there is alcohol in food is not enough for me to enjoy it. The steak we were served was well cooked but had also very little taste. I ended up adding salt twice and still I couldn't get it to be enjoyable. Having lived in that region for 6 years I know how tasty their meat can be. My final vote of 4 is a mix of 5+ & 3, if not 2.

Amazing experience!! Everything was waaaay beyond the price point! You really get a lot for your money! The dessert wine was one of the best once’s I ever tried! Top notch really! Just book the tasting menu! You won’t regret it!

Absolutely must go place when in Valpolicella. We’ve been there for dinner and we’re able to try the Amarone from different years by the glass (Coravin was used to retrieve the wine from the 2017 bottle). Plus: pet friendly place and staff!!!

Phenomenal experience. Best restaurant we went to on our 2 week trip through northern Italy, no question. We ordered the tasting menu - each course was inventive, tasted excellent, and was well portioned. Tasting courses included paired wines from their vineyard - again interesting, heavy pours, and we plan to order a couple of cases to ship home. The tasting menu was 75€ ea including the wine - phenomenal value given we had more expensive meals elsewhere that weren't as impressive. The ambiance was great, easy getting a reservation.
